What makes Semper Vita Institute different?
We are a consultancy company that specializes in coaching and training individuals, teams and organizations, using both the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Clifton StrengthsFinder assessments. One of the few to combine these assessments, our coaching brings out the unique blend of personality and wiring for the success for each person, team and organization.Who started Semper Vita Institute?
Henriët Schapelhouman, president and founder, began Semper Vita Institute to bring a strengths-based orientation that allows people to discover and unleash their best for maximum impact. Passionate about helping people become all they’re uniquely wired to be, she developed a company that specializes in helping each person uncover their unique wiring for life, work and family success. What's in it for me?
Simply stated, Semper Vita Institute’s goal is to let you discover and develop your unique wiring, which includes your personality preferences and dominant talents for success. There’s only one you: Why not be the best you can be? That’s what we’re here to help you do. Knowing who you are and understanding how to better live and work with others benefits you in your everyday life, your relationships and your career.
What’s the difference between MBTI and StrengthsFinder?
The MBTI is a personality type preference assessment. It measures your preferences for where you get your energy, how you gather information, how you make decisions and what your approach is to living life. StrengthsFinder reveals the top five talents that you have the most potential to develop into strengths. The former has to do with personality type and how you live; the latter measures how you’re wired and what you’re naturally wired to do.
