How can you stand out in an honest and meaningful way?
One way to stand out is to update your resume to reflect your wiring. It is important to know and be clear about your unique value proposition. Make sure you present who you are and what you have to offer in a clear and confident way.
You are unique! No one else can bring what you have to offer. So how can you highlight your value? Why not demonstrate your uniqueness by showcasing your Strengths! For instance, if the job calls for a hard working self-starter and you have the Strength of Achiever, point out that you thrive on working hard and setting your own pace for production. If the job calls for an innovative person and you have Ideation, highlight that ideas energize you. If the job requires a lot of customer or people contact and you have Woo or Relator, bring that out.
